From Rome (RACCORDO ANULARE) to Positano:
Take the highway A1 and drive all the way to Naples. After passing the Caserta Sud exit take the green sign for Salerno A3. Be careful not to take the Salerno A30 and the turning into the centre of Naples. Pass through the pay booth toll (euro 1,50) and proceed on this motorway for Pompei-Castellammare. Pass the Pompei exit and leave the motorway at the next Castellammare exit. Follow the signs for Sorrento until you get to the coast road SS163 for Positano and Amalfi. At the sign for Positano go down the city centre (it is only one way) turning on the right and follow the signs for Hotel Le Sirenuse. The entrance of Villa Rosa is just across the street from le Sirenuse entrance.

From Naples airport:
Turn right on the first crossroads and take the green sign for Salerno A3. (Be careful not to take the first left signed posted “Tangenziale” and the turning into the centre of Naples). After that, pass through the pay booth toll (euro 1,50) and proceed on this motorway for Pompei-Castellammare. Pass the Pompei exit and leave the motorway at the next Castellammare exit.
